We are listening before designing.
ACSAARTHI™ is studying the real problems employers face with professional drivers today, the skills they expect tomorrow, and the scale of future driver demand.
This first-stage study does not request funding, donation, sponsorship, purchase, investment, partnership commitment or hiring commitment.
Start with the employer's problem.
Before defining a curriculum, training duration or equipment list, we want to understand what employers actually experience in day-to-day driver operations.
First pilot
50 unique employers — 10 in each of five geographic rings.
After the first wave, email wording and survey questions will be improved before the next batch.
Ten questions tied to project indicators.
Current operations
- Driver categories employed
- Recurring driver-related problems
- Business impact of those problems
- Skill gaps in new hires
- Hard-to-fill driver roles
Future workforce
- Approximate annual driver hiring
- Replacement vs business-growth hiring
- Future must-have driver skills
- Refresher/upskilling priorities
- What employers verify before hiring
Aggregated evidence, updated as the study progresses.
Live findings will appear here after verified employer responses are received and minimum publication thresholds are met.
Last updated: 2026-09-16. Individual employer responses are not published without explicit permission. Small-sample findings are withheld or labelled as early signals.
Evidence first. Claims later.
1. Listen
Collect employer pain points, hiring demand, future skills and refresher needs through a short structured survey.
2. Validate
Review response quality, compare sectors and geographies, and follow up where clarification is needed.
3. Design
Use validated demand evidence to shape competencies, curriculum, assessment and later equipment requirements.
Publication rules
- No company is linked to a specific response without explicit permission.
- Every public percentage must show or be traceable to its sample size.
- Very small samples are not presented as broad market conclusions.
- Every finding carries an update date and may change as the evidence base grows.
An upcoming initiative of FFGPMT.
