What may be collected
Organisation profile, respondent role/contact information, driver categories, operational pain points, skill gaps, hiring ranges, future skill needs, refresher priorities and assessment preferences.
What may be published
Aggregated counts, percentages, ranges and themes after quality review and minimum-sample checks.
What is not published by default
Individual responses, respondent contact details, company-specific hiring numbers or attributed comments without explicit permission.

To support evidence-based competency, curriculum, assessment and workforce-demand design for the ACSAARTHI initiative.
Before the employer survey goes live, this page should be updated with the final data controller/contact wording, retention period and the exact survey platform/Firebase workflow.
